The role
Our client is looking for an experience Project Architect with strong job running abilities to deliver a £25m high end bespoke Residential schemes.
The person
The ideal person will have the following experience:-
• RIBA or ARB registered Architect
• You must have ran a high-end residential scheme in the Central London area to a value >£25m
• Refurbishment experience
• Client Facing & Site Supervision experience
• Ran projects from inception through to completion.
• Proficient CAD abilities
• The role will be based in West London
