The role
This engineering consultancy are looking to the future to build a specialised hydraulic modelling team around an experienced senior engineer who can built a team around him/her to take to the marketplace.
With exciting sign-off to expand over the next few years this might be the opportunity you have been waiting for to take the lead.
To start with you will continue hydraulic modelling using ISIS, WinDes and other familiar software packages, whilst training graduate engineers to become senior modellers.
As the team grows you will be taking on a managerial role and take an active role to build the team and business. This will be your opportunity to move into an Associate level position.
The person
You must have a history of hydraulic modelling in established consultancies. You must show ambition to progress and enough drive to develop a team to manage.
You will have a degree in Civil Engineer or related subject and then move into Hydraulic Modelling.
