An established exploration company looking at production in the very near future.
The role
Overseeing production of Copper, Zinc, Silver and Gold you will be managing a team of geologists and geotechnicians. You will report to the Mine Manager and be responsible for optimising resource extraction.
You will also be responsible for reconciliation reporting and regular delivery of team budgets.
The person
You will have experience in underground operations, specifically open stoping environments and ideally with parallel backfilling operations.
You must be degree educated with experience of managing in a senior mine geology role.
In addition it is essential that you have computer literacy skills with mine and ore body modelling and planning software.
