Fellowship of the REC, the highest tier of membership offered by the recruitment industry’s governing body, can only be achieved by recruitment professionals who have been working within the industry for a significant length of time and have been committed to providing the highest standards of service to clients and candidates.
                               
FREC applicants must have at least seven years experience and have successfully completed the REC’s professional qualification programme. In addition applicants must be able to supply two testimonials from clients endorsing the quality of the services provided by the consultant. Faststream’s FREC employees hold over thirty years of recruitment experience between them.
