Faststream managed to again raise their profile in the US shipping recruitment market by exhibiting at this years SNAME maritime conference. The Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME) is an internationally recognised nonprofit, technical, professional society of individual members serving the maritime and offshore industries and their suppliers.
The conference gave Faststream the opportunity for potential candidates to introduce themselves and find out in more detail the type of markets which we work in. It also allowed clients the opportunity to discuss their recruitment needs.
Alistair Tudor, Managing Consultant in Faststreams UK shipping division was one of the consulltants present on the Faststream stand. He commented: "The US recruitment market is somewhat different to that of the UK and the conference gave us the opportunity to introduce the 'Faststream Approach' to recruitment and the benefits of using us as a business partner".
