Faststream raise money for local Neo-natal Unit05 September 2008

Matt Atkins, Executive Recruiter at Faststream, has raised nearly £1,000 for a local charity after completing the London Marathon earlier this year in an impressive time of 3 hours, 56 minutes and 40 seconds. Matt, who was running in his first marathon, raised a total of £966 for the Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), which is part of Southampton Hospital. The NICU provides specialist care to sick term and pre-term newborn babies, treating over 600 babies a year.

Matt commented “It was a great achievement to complete the marathon, especially in aid of a charity which has helped my family a great deal in the past”.
