The role
This position will see you managing the technical assurance business for our client with 6 permanent staff and a group of third party contractors reporting in to you. You will be overseeing all design and operational verification being responsible from a technical standpoint and also from a commercial one. You will be aiming to grow the business in technical assurance and obviously seeking to increase customer satisfaction level.
The person
You will be :
• Degree qualified or equivalent in an appropriate discipline which could be mechanical and or electrical
• Good knowledge to project engineering and or project management in the O&G industry
• Strong background in both the technical and commercial elements of business management
• Experience with working on large scale projects (£1m or above and involving several parties)
• Excellent technical understanding of verification in the oil and gas market
• Excellent people skills and show true management success through others
• Experience of controlling budgets
• The right to live and work in the UK
