A leading consultancy involved in providing Global solutions relating to the performance safety, life and reliability of its customers Capital Assets. The company provides services such as: RAM analysis, Asset Integrity management, Risk assessments, non-destructive testing (NDT), Root Cause Failure Analysis, Condition Monitoring and forensic engineering along with many others.
The role
Our client are looking for a pure consultant with a strong engineering background, to be based in Warrington The successful candidate will be involved in Project management, providing Risk and Safety services to the Oil and Gas Industry getting involved in the particulars inherent to exploration and production in the most challenging of geographic areas. Along with these responsibilities the successful candidate will liaise closely with clients to develop relationships and win business, whilst also managing resources and ensuring projects are delivered within time frames, to cost and to a high technical standard.
The person
To be successful in this role you will have. a strong Safety & Risk background and Will ideally have some experience in assembling winning bids along with a relevant degree, also you will have experience in One or more of the following:
• Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
• Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) for asset reliability work.
• Safety Management systems (SMS) development.
• Proven Safety Engineering Capability.
• Working knowledge of machine systems or metallurgy or engineering assessment and verification.
• RAM, Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment.
• Human Factors with professional membership of ergonomics Society of BPS.
• Will ideally have some experience in assembling winning bids
The ideal candidate would come from an oil and gas background although our client would still be interested to hear from candidates coming from a Nuclear, Aviation or Utilities background (particularly Nuclear) and will ideally have some experience in assembling winning bids
