Design excellence is our aim but we believe that this is only successfully achieved when it arises from a deep understanding of the issues – informed by close dialogue with the community and clients – to reflect the needs and aspirations of end users and clients as opposed to a simple reliance on appearance alone.

A key aspect of this is our aim of being socially and environmentally responsible in our work. PRP’s CSR policy seeks to consciously create and promote ‘forward looking’ designs/processes - that optimise the use of innovative technology and sustainability to help conform and drive the sustainability agenda.

For over 40 years, PRP has worked extremely closely with clients and now over 80% of our work is driven by existing and returning clients who value our approach to consultation and partnership. When you work with us, you work with experienced professionals who strive for harmonious working relationships based on mutual trust, openness and partnership. We believe that this way of working creates sustainable projects.

We place personal and professional development of our people at the heart of our business. Our success is based on the talent and expertise of our team. As a result, our clients have come to rely on our diverse pool of specialists who can support them through their entire project lifecycle. From start to finish, you will find a team of experts with a genuine desire to deliver a shared vision.

After 44 years, PRP today employs over 350 staff. In line with the increasing complexity of modern development, we have expanded our skill base to include planners, urban designers, landscape designers, specialist consultants and project managers. Mixed use developments, such as the first mixed use block in Wembley's regeneration plan, are now a major part of our work. With the Government’s agenda for Sustainable Communities focused on both urban and rural areas across the UK, our experts are well placed to help take that vision forward for another 40 years.
