The role
You will be working on residential developments for volume house builders, designing 2/3 storey hoses and 3 to 4 storey flats on piled foundations. This is a 3 month + contract for a busy consultancy.
The person
You will be a “hands on” designer, capable of designing in steel, concrete, load bearing masonry and timber.
Literate in structural design packages and AutoCAD and also able to work under little supervision.
You must be able to work in Eastbourne on the South Coast. Either living locally or within one hours commute.
The reward
