Faststream have announced that Ben Darnton has been promoted to the position of Director.
Ben joined Faststream in October 2000, a year after the company was established, as a non- experienced recruitment consultant. Before Faststream, Ben had been working in the financial sales sector. Ben has been promoted to the position of Director from Manager of Maritime and Energy in the UK.
During his time at Faststream Ben has helped to establish the company’s highly successful Maritime and Energy recruitment sectors, which launched in 2001, and has been a contributing factor to the growth of these divisions globally. Faststream now employs a growing team of 41 staff working within Maritime and Energy recruitment in the UK, USA, Singapore and Norway.
Ben holds the MREC Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), and CpRINA membership of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects.
