Faststream has recently hired divisional manager James Room and consultant Ian White within the Civil & Structural Engineering division, a move which brings in nearly 30 years of specialist experience. It comes at a time of forecasted growth in the sector, with plans for the 2012 Olympic’s well underway and several large infrastructure and traffic projects due in the near future.
 
James has 18 years experience in engineering recruitment, including civils, structural, rail, manufacturing, automotive and aerospace. He has spent 8 years working as a consultant with an additional 10 years devoted at a management level.
 
Ian has spent 13 years specialising in civil and structural engineering with vast experience in recruiting both permanent and contract staff for various subsectors including Civils, Geotechnical & Environmental, Highways and Infrastructure.
