Eight Faststream recruitment consultants have passed the Recruitment and Employment Federation's (REC) Diploma in Recruitment Practice, keeping up Faststreams 100% success rate in the qualification.

The diploma is a nationally recognised examination specifically for recruitment professionals. The REC, the recruitment industry's biggest lobbying voice introduced the qualification to help consultants further develop their recruitment skills and gain a greater understanding of essential recruitment law. The diploma will benefit both clients and candidates with a higher standard of service delivered through better recruitment practice.

Consultants awarded the diploma are now eligible to become a Member of the REC, taking Faststream’s total member to 11.

Mark Charman, Managing Director of Faststream commented: "As we move forward as a business, we need to ensure that our employees have all the professional skills and knowledge to react to the changes in the industry. Educating our consultants with industry specific training will help us to continuously fulfil the needs of our clients and candidates in the best possible way.
